For this reason, Signature Homes established Residential Indemnity Ltd (RIL) in 2007, a company specifically dedicated to this purpose.

RIL operates with complete financial independence from the Signature Homes Group and under the supervision of an independent professional actuary. RIL is responsible for resolving any potential claims and provides a genuine safeguard for all clients who choose to build with Signature Homes.
