The Bostonkip project was developed and designed by our Signature Homes Waikato team. Our work included purchasing the land, subdividing it, and marketing the House and Land packages.

The 2000sqm site features a total of eight homes, consisting of a mix of two and three-bedroom units designed as single-storey duplexes.
