The Te Ātiawa Kaumātua Housing Trust engaged Signature Homes Taranaki to develop an iwi housing project on a 1,037sqm site in Waitara. This project, completed in September 2019, comprises four single-story 75sqm units thoughtfully designed by architect Gareth Williams of Paradigm Studio.
